I went online to get my car scrapped (which was sitting in the Ford garage) after a disaster with a different company. There quote was higher and they phoned me reasonably quickly afterwards. They offered me a collection date but when I explained I had an appointment, they immediately worked around me and made me 1st collection. They checked with me that half an hour was long enough notice, and when I said I wasn't sure as the garage was about half hour from me, they said they'd get the driver to call as they left the yard with an eta.
