  • OWEN FROM ALDERSHOT

Very happy with this service. Anything relating to used car sales tends to make non car industry people twitchy and when you have to deal with the inconvenience of a dead vehicle , the last thing you need is more stress. However, I found this service helpful and easy to deal with. All questions were responded to swiftly. The collection was easy to organise. The receipts, payments and collection all happened smoothly and exactly as explained. All the complicated work is done for you. I would recommend this service. Thank you.

  • CHRISTOPHER FROM GODALMING

Great service from start to finish and very friendly staff. The website is clear and informative, the quote process quick and simple. I logged an enquiry on a Saturday, was called first thing Monday morning and had the car picked up that afternoon. Payment was in my account the next day! This is an umbrella service for a number of authorised (ATF) scrapyards and it was Car and Metal Recycler in Aldershot which collected my car. They were superb too.

  • ELIZABETH FROM BORDON

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for collecting my car and to let you know that the chap who did the collection was fantastic.
He stayed cheerful and polite even though the collection location was tricky... I shall certainly use your services again.

Walton appears in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Waletona. The settlement was held jointly as overlords in the feudal system by Edward de Sarisber (Salisbury) and Richard de Tonbrige. John Bradshaw lived in the Tudor manor house in the 17th century. He presided at Charles I's trial. During World War I, troops from New Zealand were hospitalised in the No. 2 New Zealand General Hospital at Mount Felix House, which is now demolished except for its stable block and clock tower. The town itself consists mostly of affluent suburban streets, with a historic town centre of Celtic origin. It is one of the largest towns in the Elmbridge borough, alongside Weybridge.
