Is my online quotation guaranteed?
As long as the car is complete (with engine, gearbox, body panels, catalyst, battery and all the wheels) the price we offer is guaranteed for 48hrs and there are no deductions or administration charges whatsoever. Note that the car should be free from any waste and accessible.
How long does it take to collect my car?
Once you agree the price we will contact you within 30 minutes in working hours (we call and arrange a time/day for collection, typically this will be within 48 working hours). The actual collection time takes fifteen minutes; that's to load your car onto the recovery vehicle but it may take longer depending on the location of your car and how difficult it is to remove.
What do I need to provide at the time of collection?
To make the process quick have the registration document (V5C), a photo I.D, a recent utility bill, the car key, and locking wheel nut key if your car has alloy wheels, and any other paperwork you may have for the car would be useful.
What to do I do with my car insurance?
You can cancel your car insurance as soon as the car has been collected. If you cancel your insurance before the car is collected, then it is illegal for you to use it on the public highway.

About Pangbourne Berkshire
Pangbourne is a large village and civil parish on the River Thames in the English county of Berkshire. Pangbourne has its own shops, schools, a railway station on the Great Western Line and a parish hall. Outside its grouped developed area is an independent school, Pangbourne College.

Pangbourne's name is recorded from 844 as Old English Pegingaburnan, which means the stream of the people of [a man called] Pǣga. This name was shortened to make the name of the Pang. In Norman times, the manor was given to Reading Abbey and the manor house – also called Bere Court – became the Abbot's summer residence. The last abbot, Hugh Cook Faringdon, was arrested there in 1539 and subsequently executed in Reading.
